MATTHEW 17:20

Passionate About Inspiring Others

I remember what is was like to have more month than money – looking at the calendar trying to figure out where did all of my money go!  I remember the shame, embarrassment and frustration I felt as I tried to keep up with the Jones and coming to the realization that my last name does not contain a “J” nor is it pronounced as “Jones”.  I recall the constant stress of wondering, wishing, pleading, and praying for it to get better.  For magic to be real and I would wake up from this debt nightmare financially independent with freedom of choice for my life.  Yes, I have been down that path and remember in vivid detail what it was like.

Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.

~ Psalm 50:15

I’m Désirée C. Mittman with Mustard Seed Financial Coaching.  I am a graduate of North Carolina State University (undergraduate – Go PACK!!) and Wake Forest University (graduate school – Go Decs!!).  I have over 11 years of financial services experience mainly focused in affordable housing.  I know how easy it is to get caught up in appearances, wanting stuff, justifying eating out as limiting the time I would have to wash dishes, and being a good friend by picking up the dinner tab for 7 people.  I also know what it takes to become deliberately intentional about the future God has for me and pursuing a life of complete financial security.

As your coach, you will be working with someone that has actually gone through the process and can be open, honest, and realistic about the journey you are about to take.  We will set up a game plan to improve your quality of life so that you can live a life of abundance.

If everything we do comes to fruition, we can imagine a world where financial education and resources are available to everyone.  Where anyone can seek their own financial freedom, accelerate their wealth, and leave a meaningful legacy behind.

Let’s get started!!

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."

~ Hebrews 13:5

Where there is no vision, the people perish.

~ Proverbs 29:18

But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously

and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

~ James 1:5
